Specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, Stacey has closed deals in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Ohio, and New York. Since joining Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C. office in 1999, he has closed over 180 multifamily transactions totaling over 6,000 units. In addition to multifamily transactions, he has expanded his area of expertise to become a knowledgeable representative of clients seeking to sell diverse assets, including office, retail, and land dispositions. These closings have totaled approximately $410 million in multifamily sales volume, and over $175 million in non-multifamily commercial transactions. Today, Stacey operates with a wealth of experience to assist clients interested in transactions located in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and throughout the nation.

Alexander joined Marcus & Millichap as a financial analyst in January of 2022. Alex is a graduate of the University of Maryland has a Bachelors of Science in Economics. Alexander performs various tasks for the team including: financial proposals/underwriting, property/area research, and IT tasks.

Julia joined Marcus & Millichap as a marketing coordinator in November 2022. She performs tasks such as designing offering memorandums and social media content. Julia is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and studied graphic design.

Ashley is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and comes from an extensive project management background where she was heavily involved in her family-owned construction company. There, she developed hands-on construction experience with both private and publicly funded residential and commercial projects.

Prior to developing a career in real estate, Ashley became an international flight attendant for American Airlines where she enriched her passion for people by traveling the world. There she developed excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a true talent for multi-tasking in high level, high stress environments.

After leaving the airline industry in 2015, Ashley began her career in real estate throughout the Washington D.C. Metro area as a Development Associate for an award-winning Architect and Developer. There, she specialized in all facets of real estate development with a concentration in new construction condominium projects. Ashley quickly excelled transiting into a Marketing and Development Manager where she directed all facets of the development, sales, and marketing sector.

Over the past 8 years Ashley has worked with several notable development, construction, and equity groups as a trusted consultant and advisor. She has since completed over $90 million in combined development projects, development marketing, and sales; and is responsible for one of the largest growths in a single residential development area in Northeastern Washington, D.C.

Now in partnership with the Milam Group of Marcus & Millichap, she is passionate about specializing in multi-family, mixed used, creative development, and advisory projects. Ashley is consistently delivering top-tier solutions to all her clients.
